What is the returnable old part deposit?

It is a deposit we charge in order to always recover the old part you are replacing, to maintain continuity in the recycling process and to keep producing the next exchange product.

When will the deposit be refunded?

It will be credited to your bank account within 10 days of the day we receive it at our warehouse and verify that it corresponds to the correct reference and is in acceptable condition for reimbursement.

What criteria must my old part meet to be refunded?

Any old part (returned shell) must meet the following requirements:

  • It must be an original part of the same brand as the one you received. For example, if we sell you a Garrett turbo and a copy (non-original) turbo is returned, we will not be able to accept it.
  • It must not be broken or cracked. A used and worn part is perfectly acceptable, but a part that has been physically damaged due to an accident or improper handling is not.
  • It must correspond to the correct reference. We will inform you of the reference required at the time of purchase.

How do I send back the old part?

We will send you a prepaid return label by email once your order has been shipped. Simply pack the old part securely and drop it off at any collection point.

What if I do not have the old part?

If you do not have the old part to return, the deposit will not be refunded. The deposit is only reimbursed upon receipt of the old part in acceptable condition.

Can I buy without paying the deposit?

No. The returnable deposit is mandatory for all exchange products. It is refunded as soon as we receive the old part.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are generally dispatched within 24-48 business hours. Delivery times depend on the destination country. For Spain, delivery is typically 24 hours. For other European countries, 2-5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship throughout Europe. Contact us for rates and lead times for your specific country.

What warranty do your products come with?

All our exchange and new original turbos come with a 2-year warranty from the date of invoice. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
