How we work

1 - We attend the customer and whenever it is feasible we guide him to check if the turbo for which he calls us is the cause of the problem of the vehicle; because nowadays it is very frequent the replacement of many turbos without being the cause of the breakdown.

We always try to avoid this mistake as far as possible. Having the turbo physically we can give a more complete diagnosis. If the turbo is really faulty, then we start the remanufacturing process.

2 - We select the helmet corresponding to the turbo reference needed, from our large stock of helmets in which we have hundreds of references and all brands in the market.

3 - We completely disassemble the damaged turbo, identifying in the process the damaged parts due to the failure.

4 - We discard the damaged parts, and together with them all the components of the Kit, even if they do not show any apparent damage. At ITR we dispose of tons of broken, damaged or simply suspected of having been subjected to excessive stresses turbo parts.

5 - We clean and prepare the components possibly valid for assembly.

6 - Once all the remaining parts of the hull have been checked, prepared and validated, we take the rest of the new parts to complete the assembly, which we also submit to our internal controls; and with all this, we assemble the cartridge.

7 - It is time for balancing: each cartridge must undergo a balancing process to ensure that it is as vibration-free as possible in all operating conditions. At ITR we have further adjusted the manufacturers' tolerances to obtain better results.

8 - We mount the complete turbo. Numerous check points are applied to this stage. Disregarding these highly strict control points would leave us exposed to possible future failures. Therefore, at ITR Turbos we invest a lot of time in this process, which is an essential part of the quality that guarantees us.

9 - We regulate the remanufactured turbo with original parameters, to guarantee an absolute and perfect integration with all the mechanics and electronics of the vehicle.

10- We pack the turbo in the most reliable way to guarantee that it arrives to our customers in perfect conditions and ready to be assembled.

11- We remain available at all times to support the customer in case of doubts or problems. Thanks to our very precise traceability, we find all the details of a previous sale in order to be able to respond quickly to the customer's queries.
