Warranty

  • The warranty for all turbos and injectors, whether exchange or new, is 2 years from the date of the corresponding invoice.
  • The warranty for any other product sold on our website is 1 year from the date of the corresponding invoice.
  • The warranty is accepted when a manufacturing defect has been identified following our analysis of the faulty component.
  • In the event of a warranty claim, only the repair or replacement of the defective part will be covered.

The warranty does not cover the following under any circumstances:

  • Immobilisation costs
  • Labour costs of any kind
  • Cost of materials required for reassembly of the part

How to proceed in the event of a problem with a product purchased from Turbos ITR:

1- Contact us by phone or email — many problems can be resolved thanks to our technical support without needing to disassemble the part and return it. 2- If after that first contact we cannot find a solution and the part needs to be inspected under warranty, you must send the part well packaged to our address — see the CONTACT section. 3- Once received, we will analyse the part and contact you to let you know whether it is covered under warranty and the reasons for our conclusion. You can find more details about reasons for warranty refusals here: https://www.turbositr.com/gb/content/21-turbocharger-failures 4- If the part is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace it according to availability and send it back to you at no charge. 5- If the part is not covered under warranty, we will provide you with options to resolve your problem. Collection and shipping costs will be borne by the buyer, and we will charge for replacement and repair costs depending on the type of part and current availability.

Return and refund of old parts (shells)

Old parts must be well wrapped and protected and sent inside a box to the following address: TURBOS ITR ZARAGOZA POLÍGONO MIGUEL SERVET NAVE 13 50013 ZARAGOZA TEL: 976461066

For customers in mainland Spain, we can arrange collection ourselves once your package is ready, at no cost to you. Simply contact us to organise it.

For the rest of the world, you may send it yourselves or we can also arrange collection — in that case, the same shipping cost you paid when placing your order will be deducted from the deposit refund.

The refund will only be made if the following conditions are met:

  • The returned part is the original part from the vehicle (we will not accept copies or parts that are already exchange turbos or injectors).
  • The part is complete and has not been disassembled.
  • No original component of the old part has been replaced by another.
  • The part is not broken or damaged on its exterior (plastics, actuators, etc.)

You must send us your IBAN by email so that we can process the deposit payment. Payment will be made within a maximum of 10 days.
