General terms and conditions
Warranty:
- The warranty for all turbochargers whether exchange or new will be 1 year, starting from the date of issuance of the corresponding invoice.
- The warranty is accepted when a manufacturing defect is determined.
- In case of entering in guarantee it will only cover the repair or the substitution of the defective part, always of the turbo itself.
The warranty will not cover the following at any time:
- Immobilization expenses.
- Labor costs of any kind
- Expenses of materials necessary for the new assembly of the turbo.
Return of hulls:
At the time of the sale of a turbo exchange, we invoice the hull outside the price of the turbo and credit it when we receive it at our facilities.
The payment will be made only if it meets the following conditions:
- The turbo is the original of the car (we will not accept copies or turbos already exchanged).
- The turbo is complete and not disassembled
- No original turbo part has been replaced by another one.
Prices and availability of the turbo catalog:
- Prices quoted are always exclusive of VAT (currently +21% VAT).
- The price shown in the turbo exchange price includes the return of the hull. The price of the helmet is communicated at the time of an inquiry.
- The availability of all products is communicated only at the time of a specific inquiry via email or phone.
